Director
Marc founded FBPL in 2016 and he's the firm’s Director. He has completed over 130 M&A transactions including business sales, acquisitions, and fund raisings over the past 35 years.
James Mortimor
Partner
James is a highly experienced dealmaker with over 20 years M&A, senior finance and strategy experience within the industrial sector. He has extensive cross border experience and has completed transactions in the UK, North America, Europe and Asia.

Nick over the past 25 years, has specialised in M&A and Corporate Finance with a particular focus on Food & Food Ingredients. Prior to FBPL, Nick held a number of senior Corporate Development roles with multinational and private equity backed companies including Tate & Lyle, Associated British Foods, Kellogg's Europe, Tomkins North America and Oxford Aviation.
